CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that you kindly give a 24 hour notice of cancellation or rescheduling of your appointment.  Failure to give us the courtesy of this notice will result in the full amount of the service charged to your card on file. A credit card on file is required to schedule an appointment.  This card will be charged in the event of late cancellation or rescheduling.  Illness, Covid-related situations, school cancellations, weather, on-call for work, work mandates and the like, do not excuse this policy. Gift cards will be deemed null and void for all late cancellation/rescheduling and no-show appointments. To reschedule for an appointment after a no-call/no-show or late cancelled/rescheduled appointment, we require all future-scheduled appointment to be paid in full. All late arrivals will be responsible for payment of the full service(s) scheduled. GIFT CARD POLICY All Gift Cards and eGift Cards are non-transferrable. Gift Cards will NOT be accepted for payment of services if the recipient's name on the Gift Card (or our receipt information) do not match the name of the client booking the service. However, the service printed on the card may be changed to a service of the recipient's choice, with the balance paid in-full at the time of the appointment. All remaining balances will be credited to the Gift Card/Certificate.  Gratuity is not allowed to be deducted from remaining Gift Card/Certificate balance.  Prices are subject to change.  All balances are due at the time of redemption.
